The displayed price applies to the repair of one glass part. If two parts or both earrings require repair, please select a quantity of two.

• Do not ship your jewelry until you have received shipping instructions.

• Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us and for return shipping within the United States.

• For earrings, please send both earrings—even if only one is damaged—so we can ensure that the pair remains balanced.

• Processing time varies depending on the condition of the item, product availability, and repair scheduling.

• Gift wrapping is not available for repaired or replacement items.
