Shipping and Repair Fees
Customers are responsible for shipping the item to us and return shipping within the United States, as well as any applicable repair charges.
If both earrings require repair, each earring will be charged as a separate repair.
When sending earrings for repair, please send both earrings—even if only one is damaged—so we can ensure that the pair remains balanced.

Gift wrapping is not available for repaired or replacement items.
