HARIO Lampwork Factory US offers free shipping within North America(excluding Alaska and Hawaii) on your order of $75 USD or more, after discounts and before taxes. We are happy to ship to any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates based on your shipping option. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.

 HARIO Lampwork Factory US pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

Each HARIO Lampwork Factory US item comes in an original box with a card explaining how to care for your piece. We carefully inspect every piece to ensure no damage is present before shipping.

HARIO Lampwork Factory US is not responsible for customs delays, duties, or taxes on international shipments.

Please ensure that you accurately enter in your shipping address when checking out. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the customer's expense.

If your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to help from our end, but ultimately we are not responsible for these circumstances. Once we hand over our packages to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for them. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged; it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. If you would like additional insurance for your package, please contact us and we’d be happy to arrange it for you.
