Shipping
HARIO Lampwork Factory US offers free shipping within North America(excluded Alaska and Hawaii) on your order of $85 USD or more, after discounts and before taxes. We are happy to ship to any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the shipping option you choose. Depending on the shipping provider chosen, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page. Once you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you provide upon checkout.
HARIO Lampwork Factory US pieces are made to order. Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.
Each HARIO Lampwork Factory US item comes in an original box with a card explaining how to care for your piece. We carefully inspect every piece to ensure there is no damage present before shipping.
HARIO Lampwork Factory US is not responsible for custom delays, duties, or taxes on international shipments.
Please ensure that you accurately enter in your shipping address when checking out. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses will not be refunded but can be reshipped at the expense of the customer.
In the rare case that your package is lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged in transit, we will do everything we can to help from our end, but ultimately we are not responsible for these circumstances. Once we hand over our packages to the postal carrier, we are no longer liable for them. While we will make every effort to assist you in receiving compensation if a package goes missing or is damaged; it is your responsibility to follow up with the carrier. If you would like additional insurance for your package, please contact us and we’d be happy to arrange it for you.
Return
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Any purchases made online must be returned directly to HARIO Lampwork Factory US and not to any retail stores. We are unable to accept any returns for items bought in a retail store or not HARIO Lampwork Factory US online store.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info-lwf-us@hario-lwf.us. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method, less shipping costs. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
